I offer expert maths tutoring services for all levels from basic to advanced mathematics. I have extensive experience in teaching maths and have helped many students achieve their goals. In addition to this, we also cover applications of mathematics.

I offer expert guidance and support with life skill mathematics. This focuses on budgeting, income, converting between currencies, saving and borrowing and costs and logistics. This is included as part of applications of mathematics but can also be undertaken on its own to improve life skills which are not taught at school! 

Alisha offers engaging and effective English  tutoring services. My expertise includes writing, reading comprehension, and grammar. I help students develop the skills they need to succeed.

Sophie‘s Tutoring Caithness started in 2020 during the global COVID-19 pandemic as students were no longer able to attend school and were struggling with home schooling. We have assisted many students in reaching their maximum potential and continue to do so. Initially, Sophie ran the business solely however she now has the lovely Alisha on hand to provide even more scope for lessons. 

I provide customised exam preparation services for the subjects we cover, as listed above. My approach is tailored to each student's needs, and I help them achieve their best possible grade. 

We teach effective study skills and time management techniques to help students achieve academic success. We help students develop good habits and strategies to maximize their learning potential.

I provide comprehensive tutoring services for mathematics, applications of mathematics, biology, human biology, chemistry and life skill mathematics. Every student has unique needs for support. We plan lessons, based on the national SQA or AQA curriculum to help your child excel in their subject. Lessons are primarily delivered via Microsoft teams however we do have the scope to provide some face-to-face lessons in Cumbria.
